Mark Cromer joins NSPA as the NEW, Regional Healthcare Coordination Center (RHCC) Manager. Mark joined the NSPA staff as an RHCC duty officer in January 2018. His most recent experience is with the Virginia Department of Health as the Southwest Regional Hepatitis Coordinator. Mark holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and a Masters Degree in Emergency Management. He has served as an EMS volunteer in the Roanoke area and has instructed at the college level and worked as a National Certified Paramedic.
Mark focuses on teamwork and collaboration to better the preparedness of all coalition members in the region. Mark's goal is to maintain and build on the relationships upon its members and strive to keep NSPA as a primary resource for the region.
