Burn Surge Tabletop Exercise

We are excited to officially announce the return of an in-person Tabletop Exercise (TTX) on Thursday, May 19, 2022, at the Vinton War Memorial (814 E Washington Ave, Vinton, VA 24179) from 1 - 4:30 PM (EST). This facilitated experience will validate the NSPA Burn Emergency Surge Annex.

Participants will receive valuable education on hazardous materials, regional threats, burn triage, burn decontamination processes, and transportation critical during a BMCI response. The event will also highlight regional experts, incident-specific resources within and external to NSPA, and the mechanisms/processes for coordinating regional patient flow.
