On Friday, June 14^th, NSPA and Carilion Staff conducted a complete inspection and inventory of the Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) Trailer being maintained by Carilion-Roanoke Memorial Hospital.  This is an important asset that can be deployed in the region when needed.  Cots, med kits, work gloves, blood pressure cuffs, wind-up flashlights, a generator and several other items are stored on the trailer for quick deployment.  Batteries were checked and expired items were removed and will be replaced.   This is a great reminder for everyone to check your Disaster/Emergency Resources for optimum serviceability!
