New Meeting Schedule
As a newly merged coalition between the Near and Far Southwest regions, we have the opportunity to create a new process on how we coordinate and host our coalition meetings. As we go throughout this fiscal year, we would appreciate feedback on these new processes to adapt and adjust as needed for a more streamlined process.
As it stands, we will hold four Coalition Business Meetings throughout the year. Please add these dates to your calendars for planning purposes. Each meeting will start promptly at 10:00 am and last until 3:00 pm. A working lunch and multiple breaks will be built in throughout the meeting to accommodate your busy schedules. We will host each meeting in person simultaneously at the Vinton War Memorial and the conference room at our Abingdon Office located in the Virginia Highlands Small Business Incubator. A virtual option will be available for those unable to attend in person.
Pre-registration is required for each meeting; attendees must select their location at the time of registration. Meeting registration will open at least 3 weeks prior to the meeting. For questions or more information, please reach out to Monica McCullough, firstname.lastname@example.org.
