New Meeting Schedule

As a newly merged coalition between the Near and Far Southwest regions, we have the opportunity to create a new process for how we coordinate and host our coalition meetings. As we go throughout this fiscal year, we would appreciate feedback on these new processes to adapt and adjust as needed for a more streamlined process.

As it stands, we will hold four Coalition Business Meetings throughout the year. These are the tentative dates: August 8, 2023, December 5, 2023, March 14, 2024, and June 06, 2024. Meeting times may vary and how we host each meeting may vary.

For August's meeting, a working lunch and multiple breaks will be built in throughout the meeting to accommodate your busy schedules. We will host each meeting in person simultaneously at the Vinton War Memorial and the conference room at our Abingdon Office located in the Virginia Highlands Small Business Incubator. A virtual option will be available for those unable to attend in person.
